A lady purchased an item from me. She did not respond to any communication. Therefore I have opened and closed the case and received the credit. When I closed the case I left her a 'non paying ebayer' feedback.
Within about 5 minutes of closing the case and receiving the feedback, I received a message from her stating that she was in hospital and now would like to purchase the pattern.
I have relisted the pattern and she paid immediately.
How do I now make this a postive transaction. Can I remove the initial feedback that I left her

no you cannot change that feedback
she can request ebay to remove it and they will because it is against eBay rules for sellers to leave a false positive, and can result in the seller (you) getting a policy violation on your account.

Or, you could just reply to the offending feedback and leave a positive reply.

OMG, you couldn't have made it any more obvious if you tried!
Even leaving a positive follow-up is unlikely to undo the damage you've caused yourself.
