been issued.

I believe you mean you have a buyer asking if you have items for sale that are not listed and wanting you to send a paypal Payment request rather than an ebay invoice?
This is dealing off ebay and you will have no paypal protection in the event of a dispute, but the buyer will have paypal buyer protection.
Be careful!!!!

Received an email from a Buyer wanting to buy several items but wanted me to do a Request to PayPal for payment.
They have given me their email address. How can you do an invoice? Thanks if anyone can help. Hope this is clearer.

No. The items are listed and they have listed in the email the items they want. I think I will put it in the too hard basket
and they just have to buy and I can then send invoice. Thanks for your help.

If they are listed on eBay then they can simply buy them.
I would be very wary. As said you will have no seller protection. Also, this is the type of thing scammers do. They send you an email stating the money is in your Paypal account (that looks like a Paypal email) but will be held in escrow until the buyer confirms delivery. There is no money - Paypal do not do an escrow service in this country, if at all. You will end up with no money and no items. Or the email they send will have a link to Paypal which will lead you to their phishing page, where you will give them your password.
Tell them to buy through your listings. If you don't have all of them listed, list the rest and give the buyer the item number/s.
There are really no valid reasons for a buyer to WANT to initiate an off-eBay transaction.
Sending an invoice is easy, but I will decline to tell you how. You will only either get scammed, or not make the sale anyway.

Thank you all for your help. Yes. Have decided if they really want an item. Go through the right channels.
Just thought there was a way to purchase through PayPal that I did not know about.
THANKS AGAIN.

It is perfectly possible to invoice somebody direct through Paypal, you just use the request money tab, however you need to be wary about doing it. Buyers have the same full buyer protection wherever they purchase from however seller's do not have the same level of seller protection if it is not an ebay transaction.
