Reversing a negative feedback

Thanks to Ebay staff for reversing an unfair negative feedback. Item posted on time and buyer blamed me for taking too long to deliver. I have no control of Australia Post"s delivery schedules. They replied promptly to my emails and contacted the buyer who agree to change the feedback. juliejaffa74

Reversing a negative feedback

Have been using Fastway with our business for nearly 9years and have never had a problem with them. They will even return a parcel at no charge if the customers is not at that address or ring you to make sure it is the right address. (we have got that wrong sometimes). Australia Post do not pick up at your door, have sent back parcels because the customer has given you their street address and not theri PO box number. (this with a very large company in a country town. They would have know their box number off by heart. Fastway is cheaper and faster than Australia Post and they are always my first preference if the customer is in their delivery area.

My problem with the negative feedback was resolved by Ebay and I now am a 100% postive again.

Reversing a negative feedback

I used to use ego quite a lot some time ago, sending longish tubes all over Australia, then suddenly ther prices more than tripled! I then changed to Interparcel - competitive rates, and door-to-door service with pretty quick times.

Unlike AP - bought a small package from Brisbane. Tracking stated 'received by AP 04/03/15'. I received it on 16/03/15, and tracking still showed 'received by AP 04/03/15', on 19/03/15! No updates, but delivered!  Still took nearly two weeks for postage, though!

I also buy a fair bit from suppliers in both QLD and NSW - who both use Startrack, (AP-owned). Most deliveries are received witthin 48 hrs of dispatch.

However, I agree that couriers are just too expensive for many ebayers to use.
