Sorry you are finding this frustrating, but the first thing I said to you in the first thread was that there are no guarantees your item will appear on the US site - specifying postage costs to custom locations is just what you need to do to have a shot.
No every Aussie seller will show on eBay.com, and not every US seller will show on eBay.au. On some other sites they have the option to pay for visibility on specific sites, but that function is not available here, so all you can do is create listings that give you the best chance for higher visibility.... and then leave them alone for a bit, as each time you revise them, they need to re-index. You may find they'll be visible on the US site in a day or two, you may not.
