Sale appears in Manage Orders but no email received

For the second time this month, I discovered a sale item in my manage orders list for which I had not received an email. I have checked my spam folder also and nothing there.

When it happened earlier this month I thought an email will come a few days ago and as everything looked legit, I just posted the item. No email ever came for that one. Has anyone else experienced that?

I do remember a few years ago a sale mysteriously appeared in my sold items list. But that was for an item I had sold long time, and when I looked closely the dates and everything on that sale record were old. But for these two recent orders, everything seems to be perfectly in order, except that no email arrived.

Re: Sale appears in Manage Orders but no email received

Same here, 2 orders this week with no email notification.  Sometimes it's the 'Friday bug' when eBay goes off line for a period doing some form of maintenance or back up.  Have been checking my Orders folder manually the last few days...

Re: Sale appears in Manage Orders but no email received

This long weekend from 7th June 2024 no emails from eBay on one of my accounts. Nothing in the junk or deleted folder. I am going to the eBay website and checking for messages where there are new messages but not in my email client. There is no problem with my email client as all other email drops in. Strange!

I doubt it is the 'same issue' as this post from 2021

But more likely another issue, which there are several threads about already from the past week or so

Maybe there will be an answer in one of those
