Hello I am still trying find out where the money goes when I sell an item  I messaged wih someone the other eek but the information I was givenb was fraudulant ,as my Bank told me never to give out the information you asked me for .

How do I get in touch with Ebay

To sell on eBay you now HAVE to verify both your personal and bank details for Managed Payments.

Your money goes to the bank account that you provided when you signed up to Managed Payment 

Nothing 'fraudulent' about it

Managed Payments has been the only option for sellers to be paid for over 5 years now

And other members don't ask for anything, it is a requirement from eBay, who are in turn following requirements 

No point contacting eBay, you will be told the same thing

If you don't know how to contact eBay, who did you message? was it eBay or not?

As already advised, you'll need to be signed up for managed payments but 

Is the payment showing in your Seller Hub > Payments ?

Has a buyer told you they've paid and the payment's not showing  there ?
