It doesn't become available until you have receieved 10 DSR ratings as a seller (over a 12 month period, so a couple of more sales with the buyer leaving feedback and ratings should make it available).

I have just had my seller dashboard appear i have been an ebay member for about 5 weeks. It did only appear today. If you hover over accounts you should see it between manage communications with buyers and feedback. I hope this helps

On one ID I have, it took quite some time for the dashboard to appear - with lots of positive feedback comments but no DSRs left by buyers.

The dashboard only appeared after I had received more than 20 feedback comments.

I think there are a significant number of buyers who regularly leave feedback comments, but choose not to, or don't bother to, leave more detailed ratings, which are pretty FU rating questions anyway IMO.

Also to note the dashboard will only appear an update from the 21st of each month upto the final day of the month even after you have the required DSRs
