Suggestions on what to do, please?
I sold a video game, disc only, on Wednesday. Buyer has contacted me, just now, with this message:
"Can you cancel this order, I have purchased a completed game instead."
How should I go about this, please?

If you haven't sent it yet, I would just cancel. Especially if it's going untracked. If you've sent it already and it's untracked, ask them to put return to sender on it and stick it back in the postbox.
Had this happen recently, buyer was honest and sent it back. The item was gone for 6 weeks before it came back.
