Seller not paying for item and not replying to emails

Okay, having trouble with buyer, this person purchased  my 7 inch android tablet , I sent the invoice , she replied she could drop by and pickup next day. I sent the address and I waited and waited and waited 7days later and after many emails . still no reply. I opened a not payment case. Yet no reply after another 7days. So i decided to go to the address of the buyer. ( Maybe she forgot or something)  the buyer was there , but she didnt have cash on her, told me to comeback next day.

I came back , she was having a party and told me she would come around and pick it up , and yet another 4 days past and no one came. I got fed up and and re listed the tablet. then an email came with reply of "re list item"  no apology or anything.

Now ebay says I can't leave negative feedback, but she can.  WHy ? she says " I made her feel uncomfortable coming to her house.

I've quested for her to change her negative feedback to me, but with the drama i went thru she won't reply.  ibet

Can ebay remove the negative feedback !  I didn't do anything wrong. she's at fault   this is unfair to me.

eBay didn't give me an option to leave neutral feedback, besides I will change the feedback if she apologies for wasting my time.

As stated, sellers who leave a positive with a negative comment are in breach of ebays policies & if the member reports you,its you who will cop a policy violation plus your comment will be removed.

Sellers have been unable to leave anything BUT positives for almost 5 YEARS.

As for changing her feedback, the ONLY way it can be REMOVED is if the member reports you.You can't change it.

Sellers can not leave anything other than +ive FB and if the buyer reports that FB you left it will be removed and you will get a policy violation.

So call ebay and tell them to remove the neg as they did not pay and ask if you can have the FB left for her removed as you did not know you can not do what you have.

yeah yeah....

I've followed up my feedback and noted  that  " I withdrawn my negative feedback"

I've already dobbed myself in . But that is the last time I'm going to be so easy going , and think  everyone is such a good person .  But yet again I'm the  bad guy...

Well, that does not exactly withdraw it does it?  It is not about being or not being a "bad guy", it is about behaving totally inappropriately.  I would never think of arriving at anybody's place without calling first; I would not go to see my daughter without letting her know.  Not to mention a total stranger.

I offer pickup and if somebody local buys from me I deliver and refund the postage cost. I've never had a buyer complain about me knocking on the door. If nobody is home, I leave it in the letter box.

But that assumes I have been paid first, or organised delivery.

There is nothing wrong with using Pick Up just get them, to pay through ebay/paypal first and they will definitely come and pick it up, that is how I have done it for over 11 years and have never had a prob. Just put something like this in your description:

Inspection welcome.
Pick Up welcome.
All sales to be finalized through Ebay

You can please some of the people all of the time

All of the people some of the time

But you can't please all of the people all of the time.

Then you have been lucky, didn't you realise that if the buyer funded the payment with a credit card they could do a bank chargeback up to 12 months later and because you have no seller protection for a pick up item Paypal would refund and take the money from you.

Judging by a few recent threads it does not always follow that because they have paid in advance they will definitely come to pick up,  there have been a few sellers lately asking what they should do as the buyer has paid weeks earlier but will not make arrangements to come and collect.
