In the last couple of days I have had difficulty getting into see items & phoned ebay
The told me If you have internet explorer there is a problem
They suggested I use firefox or google chrome?????????????????
According to them they are not responsible for the browers people use
I am not sure if sellers are aware of this - and in my case it means I will be buying less - not because sellers aren't doing a good job but because ebay has thrown a hissy fit with internet explorer
The sellers I contacted didn't know this

I was having issues with Click and send and my internet banking accounts a few months back after calling I was told by all of them to use Google Chrome. Since using Google Chrome I dont have anymore problems. So my advice is just download Google Chrome and it should solve all of your problems.

There's been problems since the last IE update.
Try the solution in this thread

Or switch to using Firefox or Chrome.

I really don't know why so many people choose to keep using IE as their only or main browser. Firefox and Chrome both work better with ebay and with many other sites too. It seems that every time there is an update people have problems with IE, never happens with the others and Firefox certainly updates far more often than IE.

PJ I think the reason that so many people use IE as their only or main browser is because it is likely to be pre-installed on their computer when they purchase it, and many do not have a need to explore using other browsers until they run into a problem like the OP has.

People are always having trouble with adding listings on Etsy with IE too.
