Selling copied headphones

not only is it against ebay policy its also illegal to have fake items in yr warehouse.... ebay will be the least of yrworries if they get reported to the cops or customs dept.

Because the rights owner hasn't reported them yet. And they are in China.

There is no guarantee they will even get through Customs. If they get picked up there, you will lose your money and the goods, with no comeback against the seller at all.

Less than 12 hours left, you need to get the seller to retract your bids. Unless you retract within 1 hour of placing the bids, then you can retract using a valid reason.

The OP had quite a few listings a few hours ago...now they have none.

Perhaps the thought of what could happen if they were caught with a warehouse full of fakes made them realise it wasn't worth it to sell their cheap imported carp.

These headphones are pretty readily available at the computer swap meets...I think $70 is the going price...dunno why anyone would want them. Potential would be picked up by customs if you are bringing 20 in at a time from China though also good chance they would get thourgh as too many parcels for customs to check.

Don't do it.

The top copied product at the moment is the beats headphones due to their large popularity.

You can bet your life that they have hundreds of laywers targetting online sellers of them and will report any copies they see on ebay.

Ebay may not remove some sellers straight away but they will eventually.

DO NOT use others existings listings as a gauge to know whether a product is allowed or not on ebay. I have made this mistake myself and it has burnt me.

Some items do not get reported but do eventually after a while. It is a risk on your ebay account if you try it.
