Has anyone had any success selling their home on eBay? my house is on the market and of course I really want it sold asap. I would like some feed back on this as I dont know whether to spend $50 to list or not.

If this is a serious question, then no I would not recommend it. Selling a home involves a lot more than bidding, BIN or paypal, surely you jest??

Hi, If the fee is only a capped $49 for a classified ad whether it sells or not, then it's no different to placing an ad in a newspaper.
Considering it's only $50 to get some prospects to inspect your house, why not give it a go.

But if you are wanting to sell ASAP, then a real estate will get a quicker result.

sbt, if your home is 'on the market' with a Real Estate agent, who has an exclusive agreement with you . then you cannot advertise elsewhere, or sell it yourself.
check your agreemtn before you do anything rash, and do you know enough about the legal requirements for Qld. to sell to do it yourself?
Contracts, certificates from main roads, rates and councils about future developments, clear title, heritage overlays, etc.etc.???
