Hi, I'd like to know how one goes about selling licenced goods on ebay. If I were to purchase them from a wholesaler, do I need a licence or permit to sell? Do I have to be a licenced reseller?
Cheers

What type of items do you mean?
Have you checked that the 'wholesaler' actually has a licence to manufacture the goods themselves or onsell them ?
Have you looked at the VERO program on ebay ?

if the wholesaler is in China, and they are licenced products, I'd be contacting the ® trademark holder first.

I haven't looked at anything. This was my first enquiry to start with.
So then it's the wholesaler who has to have the licence then. And I'm guessing it's pretty easy to find out who has a licence and who doesn't?
I was thinking T's and Hoodies mostly. They seem to sell well. Also thinking (just thinking) of creating my own designs.
I do not know what the VERO program is. All of this stuff I have to make myself aware of and will do before I even step foot in this direction. Thanks for the info guys 🙂

Before deciding what to sell do a few searches, check the completed listings, calculate how many sold in the last week and then compare it to the number currently listed.
