To make it easier on yourself, get familiar with the seller's listing rules and policies.
start in the User Agreement, then head to the site map and Customer Support.
Then get to know the buyer policies and guyidlines,
THEN, make the best listings that you are able to, set a fair and competitive price - but one which you are happy with too, and the rest will happen.
If this is your selling account, building your feedback MAY help, as many buyers are a bit wary of a lower feedback seller, a higher FB score will promote more confidence.
There's a saying - build it and they will come, and they will, if your foundations are in place.
Best of Luck with it all.

You do need better photos, and you need to make sure they are all the right way.
Iron the clothes and choose your gallery picture well - showing a label in the gallery?
people will scroll right by,
There is a lot of competition in clothing, so people may not open up the listing.
That gallery photo and your title are you "attention getting statement"
so make them work for you.
in the title, put sizes, brands, colour and description eg George's Red Short Sleeved Shirt size 14
have a look at what other sellers are doing, ok?
Oh, and if an item is new, put that in the title too.
It is rare that you will need to use the extra line underneath that you pay for (can't remember the name cos I've never used it.)

Use spell check - at the very least in your titles, preferabl;y in your entire listing.

measurements for your clothing
maybe try hanging them up to photograph them.

if you're going to sell a "klean kanteen" (yes I know that's the brand) maybe clean the fingerprints off it and make sure everything else in the pic is clean too - including fingernails

last thing for now
just to emphasize a few really, really important things...
know the listing rules
focus on titles with correct spelling and relevant info
and see if you can't try different lights or something to get better photographs, or maybe a different camera.
Best of luck with it all

my $0.02:
Sell lots of cheap items - even if you are not making much or even, anything. Bricks-and-mortar stores do something called "loss leading" - they will have a special on at the items cost or below to bring in the punters - who will then buy other stuff.
Get a cheap lot of wholesale somethings, so you can keep relisting without having to do a new listing.
In any case, it will help build up the feedback.
Also it will help to buy some stuff too... more feedback looks better.
Even when you get established, selling some cheap items you don't make much on helps to bring in buyers, who will then look at your more expensive items (at least thats the idea!).
Also, the more info the better - you have to have great pix, and a comprehensive description to get the best sales. This is a pain if you are having lots of non-recurring items however.
It doesn't hurt to hype a little bit on the more expensive stuff also eg. Genuine item!! RRP $2000, and go on about what an exclusive, desirable item it is, and how owning one will definitely make you sexier ๐
..oh and all the above advice by crikey is good too!
Best of luck!

I think it's called a subtitle crikeymate:) , i also agree that it's not neccesary, it's just an extra cost to repeat stuff thats in your main title anyway.
