For some reason in Australia ebay does not have the function (or they don't allow it) to send out emails to all customers in one hit. I contacted support via the live chat and they said it was not possible. No help whatsoever..... I did get an email from them though.
I recall reading a post some time ago about logging into a different country ebay site which did allow it, if anyone can help it would be great.
We are in fear now of receiving low DSR for postage times because we are located in a town that was almost washed away. Thanks ebay, you are so much help.

off topic, how can your item location be WAREHOUSE 13?
where is that? I thought actual postcode locations were in place

I'm pretty sure it's the Singapore site. (To use for sending bulk emails, that is).

WAREHOUSE 13 is my warehouse (in place of the city field for a listing). The postcode is registered when creating a listing, even if not visable. A search can be done by postcode, ebay do not display it for some reason. 4625

It is ebay Singapore. ebay.com.au tried to te;; sellers that buyers had complained about getting too many emails so they removed the ability to send bulk emails. They don't even like sellers contacting buyers; you get an automatic 5 if you don't communicate with your buyer, put in a tracking number, and post within one business day (I think I've got that right). Personally I don't return to sellers who can't even take the time to say thank you, but then I am an old fashioned bear;\
