I sold a large item which needs to be couriered - and said so in auction.
Paypal was used by buyer. This had his PO BOX address.
He then messaged me his Courier Street address.
Should I refund, and get him to pay again with new address, or can it be changed after payment?

To be absolutely safe you will have to refund and get them to pay again with the revised address..

twyngwyn the only way they can change the delivery address is if the OP refunds them and they change the delivery address in checkout before paying again.

Very possibly CQ but if they cancel the transaction there will be no way to go through ebay to complete the sale, the OP would have to relist with minimum info so nobody else buys it. Of course it would be completely wrong to cancel the transaction and then send a payment request through Paypal leaving ebay out of the loop!

Thanks guys.
I have emailed buyer to explain.
One thing that worries me is the buyer may get annoyed at having to do this and leave Neg feedback.
Also sometimes when I get a paypal refund it takes 3-4 days to clear back to original source. If his refund wasn't immedaite he may just end up buyng elsewhere.
Grrr. The frustrations of paypal.
