Sendle Help

Hi everyone! So I’m new to selling on eBay with the new pay system and I clicked a link in my email to see what Sendle was all about. The link never even opened properly, and I went about my day, purchasing an Australia Post satchel instead. Turns out I somehow agreed to sending it via Sendle, I’ve been charged and I can not add the Australia Post tracking instead. I also can’t work out how to contact eBay about this. Ughhhh!

Sendle Help

I'm not sure how it works on the Classic site, as I've never tried it. Here's how I update tracking details when required.

 

Using the eBay app, click on the item. From the list of buttons that appear, click on "Edit tracking".

 

On the next page, click on "Add another tracking number", and add the tracking number and carrier. This will activate the "Save and continue" button... click on it.

 

The "Remove" option should now be available for the original Sendle details.

 

Tip: sometimes it is necessary to exit and return to the page for the "Remove" option to show up.

 

Edit: don't forget to cancel the Sendle label in "My eBay". I'm pretty sure it has to be done within 5 days of purchase. Contact CS through live chat if you require assistance.
