If you have a shop on ebay, does that make you a retailer?
I had a shop tell me they don't assist or honour warranty's because they aren't a retailer......they sell massive amounts of gear....I would have presumed they are a retailer?
Anyone who sells on ebay is an online retailer, but it does not mean that they offer warranties. If you buy at auction you can be pretty much assured that there is no warranty with the goods.
