Do we now need to accept a return if a jacket makes a sound? I think I am getting over this.

No
Did they ask if it makes any sounds before purchasing?
How long have they had the item before complaining?
I doubt they would win a dispute for that one.
But then again ebay is all for helping the buyers not the sellers.

Jackets don't make noises unless there are coins in pockets.....refund ?????
Rattle. Rattle, Rattle........
Tell em there dreaming !!!!!!!!

Dont refund bad dsrs, noise is a new one. So clothing sellers make sure your clothes are silent.....no seller protection on ebay anymore, too many problems, you wonder if it is worth while.

I would just let the buyer know if the item is not suitable they are more than welcome to return it for a refund less postage costs.
Provide them with a return address and let them make the decision as to whether or not it will be worthwhile for them to return the item - often they don't bother once they realise the seller is willing to accept an item back.
You probably don't have to accept a return but sometimes it is just easier to do this than have the buyer open a dispute claiming it is Not As Described.

Is it supposed to sing? 😄

Maybe its out of tune. Maybe I should of listed it under musical instruments.

It could be that they need to increase their speed to get the sound to change from squish squish to singing. Maybe they need to walk faster and swing their arms a bit more 😄
