Should I give my bank details?

Hi I use paypal for all of my transaction.  I recently sold an item and the buyer contacted me stating they are having trouble with paypal and want to put money into my bank account.  Is it safe to give my bank account details?

I have a ebay buyer from Florida saying they want to purchase my item but there is an issue with their Pay Pal account and they keep asking for my Bank Account details ASAP so they can make the payment.

I originally had no international shipping options and this user just joined last month and has no feedback at all and the way they are wording their messages make me wonder if they are really from USA, they use phrases like "keep calm and you can trust me" and "kindly give Bank details"

I am hesitant to give me bank details, help?

Do not have any further contact with the "buyer".....put them on your blocked buyer list immediately.  Delete all emails or messages from them.

You are selling expensive items that are an invitation to scammers.
