Hello, I'm new to selling on eBay. I made my first sale today. It's a high-value item requiring signature on delivery, but the buyer wants the product delivered to a PO box. When I go to print the shipping label through eBay, it gives me the option to purchase signature on delivery, but as I understand it, Australia Post is not required to obtain a signature when an item is delivered to PO box.
I considered sending the item by registered post, but according to my research that is only for flexible items, and the packaged I want to send, while small, is rigid and could be damaged.
Is anyone aware of another suitable postage option? I am thinking I may have to ask the buyer for a residential address.
I would really appreciate any advice.

Thanks for the heads up. I wasn't aware of that.
