I sell expensive items on another ID , have tried to stop 0 feedback buyers from bidding but the only choice offered is to block those with a -1 score , as this score is IMPOSSABLE for a buyer to get , it's just silly to only be able to chose this nonsensical option ?
Do you agree ?

You should be able to block buyers with low feedback score who haven't been through phone verification in buyer requirements. Most 0 feedback buyers haven't gone through that because if they are genuine new buyers, they don't know they have to.

Although I don't get many non payers I find fewer have zero or low feedback, they usually have fairly high feedback scores. I do find that sometimes a newbie needs a bit of hand holding to make the payment which is why I am always super sensitive when reminding them that their payment is due, have ended up with quite a few repeat buyers once I have helped them complete their early transactions.

Considering everyone started with 0 feedback, yourself included,I'm obviously missing the point as to why you don't want people buying from you simply because they're either new to ebay or have started another id for whatever reason.
