Sold item not showing up in the seller

I listed an item for sale about two to three months. Recently , a buyer purchased the item and deposited funds into my bank account . I received an email today from ebay  requesting a response. The item is not showing up in my seller hub and I'm unable to get the buyer's details for postage.  How do I resolve this issue ?

What kind of item did you sell ?

How was the buyer able to pay into your bank account ?

Is the money actually in your bank account or did the "buyer" tell you they'd paid into your bank account  as that would generally be a SCAM ?

If you received an email from eBay,  is it in your eBay messages ?

If not, it's a SCAM.

What does the email say?

Has eBay removed the listing ?

I am also confused how the seller could have deposited funds into you bank account, how did they get your bank account details? 

Sellers can only be paid via Managed Payments, and on *this* account you have not sold anything and have no feedback as a seller, Did you sell on a different account to the one you are posting with here?

Not sure how you resolve it as it is quite unclear what is actually going on
