I sell name blocks priced per block/letter through Ebay and I am having a large percentage of people from Overseas just purchasing the one block and obviously not realising that for a four letter name you need to by four letters I have one of my listings below and would appreciate feedback on how I could maybe word it differently any suggestions would be appreaciated I am a bit over having to file claims on each one!!

I would have a 1 x as the first two characters in the title, and not use a plural at all.
eg a simple switch to:
1 x Shabby Chic Personalised Wooden Name Block Custom Made Per Block
If the variation format is available in that category, you may also want to consider a new listing for them, so that each letter has to be selected and purchased separately ( abit convoluted for the buyers, though), or have pre-set quantities so that buyers need to choose from "1 block", "2 Blocks". etc

get rid of the Shabby Chic (did you know this phrase has a Patent on it)
replace the Custom Made (as personalised covers that)
Personalised Wooden Name Blocks, PRICE PER BLOCK, (then make up the LEFT-OVER spaces with the subject, owl, bird, Retro etc.
Begin your Item description with CUSTOM MADE .... etc
