Some of my items are not auto relisting even with the box ticked

Is anyone else having this problem.  Some of my items relist and others do not.  Ebay has been contacted but I am having no joy with their response.

Empty out you cache, reboot your computer and if you're using IE as your browser, consider changing to Chrome or Firefox (in that order).

Have some already been relisted three times?  It will only relist automatically 3 times, then you will need to manually relist them.

Did you clear out your cache? That fixed the issue for me when it happened a few weeks ago.

I've clear out my cache now, so I guess I just have to wait and see if it happens again.  Thanks

My listings auto re list more than 3 times...

I have a couple of items listed for over a year now?

Having said that I do find sometimes a couple of my listings disappear into the cosmos. So if that is the rule 3X that would explain it but why some & not all??

I am also having this problem, I went through all my items, hundreds of them - ticking that box. Hardly any have relisted. Don't know why.

if they are GTC BIN listings they will relist forever. And you will be charged for each relist that isn't part of your standard freebies, or a special offer.
