Hi guys
A customer has bought an item, but i received a message from him 3 days later (today) that he "accidently" misclicked on the purchase button. I am a relatively new seller, so i am not sure what to do.
Any help please?

I have had even a funier one. One buyer asked me to cancel one sale and refund her payment because her 9 years daughter bought it but wait ...that's not all. Her daugher also paid for it through paypal.
I cancelled it by the buyer request, refund the payment and blocked this buyer but she still was able to leave me a neutral feedback.
