If you use Turbo Lister to create your listings it forces you to have a ($2.00) subtitle!!! I have not found a way around this yet. And eBay support were no help.
At exactly what point does it force you to have a subtitle?
When I use Turbo Lister, I have two fields - title and subtitle, and I always leave the subtitle blank, which seems to work ok for me...
A little more detail about what is happening at which point might help get the issue resolved.
New threads are recommended because it keeps oudated information off the front page and avoids potential confusion.

If I had a problem, and identified that problem in identical posts on multiple threads, I would find it frustrating having to search through the boards to find those threads for potential solutions to my problem.
If you start your own thread you need only check one thread for replies/solutions/comments.

Sorry for the multiple posts. I not a newbie forum user.
When I first found the eBay Community 2 weeks ago, I thought I had started a new thread called "How do I turn off "Include Subtitle In Search Results" in TurboLister?", but it looks like I made the mistake of doing that in the Answer Centre 😞

Sorry, I don't know enough about Turbo Lister to know what could be causing that. It's an odd issue, as including subtitles in search results is - as far as I know - a search option that you can select on eBay, and I don't know that it's ever been an option for a seller to make the words in a subtitle searchable, and I couldn't find anything in TL that gives me the option to make subtitles searchble, so I'm at a bit of a loss with this one. ?:|
Does it happen no matter what you try (eg an entirely new template)?

I've posted a reply in that Answer Centre thread... probably will work, otherwise send me a Ebay Message and I'll help you through it.

Good morning Coopers.
My apologies for taking the thread off course for just a moment. I was informed last night that the selling thread is the best place to contact you.
Would you mind If I sent you a private message through the ebay mesage system. I thought it polite to ask first.
Thankyou.
