Hey peeps,
I was just wondering.. with the star rating system eBay has... if people keep leaving low postage and handling stars.. but high everything else.. will that eventually lower my 100% score?? .. I only ask because so far it seems two people have not rated my postage and handling as very good (even though I try to charge less for postage) I really cannot lower my postage fee's as I already charge less than I can afford.. plus I don't plan on charging more once Australian post ups their fee's.

the star rating has nothing to do with your fb % rating
the stars need to stay above a certain level to attain Power Seller/ TRS status (from memory 4.4 is the cut off)
if you want to check hover your mouse over the Account Tab on your my ebay page and click on the powerseller logo ... that'll show where you are at with DRS stars and what the lower limits are.

In addition to what putney said, here is a page that explains how the DSRs work in relation to your search ranking and those sorts of things: http://pages.ebay.com.au/help/policies/global-seller-performance.html

Hi, I have been reading the policy pages for DSRs over here in Australia (I'm UK based) as I was curious as to whether low DSRs here resulting in sellers falling below standard result in suspension of ebay accounts the way they do in the UK?
I can see that it mentions that you are unable to open other accounts but it wasn't clear if they removed the right to sell as they do in the UK
Once your account falls below standard due to low DSRs only one month is given for you to improve on this (which can be difficult with lower visibility and those scores that are dropping off are usually good ones) suspension as it is called actually means a permanent ban - no appeal - no reinstating - all accounts are effected.
