Stealing Intellectual property and selling unauthorised product

there's a seller who is not only selling my product without my authorisation and also stealing my intellectual marketing slides to promote the product on his shop. I have reported to eBay several times and no one from eBay has responded to my report. it's been over a month now. what else can I do.

I'm confused.

If they are selling your product, they must have bought from you.

Anyone can re-sell something that they've bought.

Just don't sell to them again.

If you mean they are selling the same product, then they can also do that.

If they are using your photos, then as far as I know, all you can do is ask them to cease and desist.
