Suffering as a seller

Due to a supposed bug in the box I sent (I didn’t see them and buyer did not provide proof) he issued a return.  I haven’t received the item back yet but my funds are on hold. I sold something else in the meantime but that buyer changed his mind and wants to cancel/refund. I can’t send his money back because all of my funds are on hold! The only option I get is to do it from my own bank account but I’m not willing to do that, I’ve been scammed in the past and if I refund from my own account, it seems like he’ll get the money twice? I’m waiting until one I resolved before doing anything else. Can anyone help with some suggestions/advice

1) If the buyer started a return through eBay & provided tracking, when you receive item back, they will be refunded

2) Cancel the 'change of mind' & you will be refunded (incl fees)

 

Your funds are on hold for this very reason

Not sure what the issue is,  both sets of funds will be released at the appropriate time,
