Is the charge $1.00 for anything listed and sold, even if the item is less than $10.00. It does say a maximum of $1.00. Thanks

Free to list and $1 max when it sells.

Not sure but I think it reverts to the normal percentage when under the sell price attracting less than $1 in fees.
