Next year (2026) I hope to be travelling overseas for about six weeks. As I don't want to get any orders during that period could I end all listings and relist them on my return? I assume I could do this, but would the items be relisted with all the original information already there or would I have to reenter the information? I have about 500 listings and this would not be practical.

If you choose to hide your items to pause all sales, Time Away can last up to 30 days. I do it every year for my Christmas break. Stretch out the Time Away as far ahead as you can. With a day or so to go, end Time Away and then immediately start it again, again stretching as far ahead as possible. Rinse and Repeat for as long as necessary.

. This feature, previously known as "Vacation Settings," allows sellers without a store subscription to pause their listings and manage their time away directly through their seller account settings.

Isn't there a limit of 15 days?

If you choose to Pause All Sales (ie hide your items) the time limit is 30 days, but it can be extended as explained above. The 15 days time limit only applies if you chose to allow sales while you are away.
"If you allow item sales, your time away can be up to 15 days
If you pause item sales, your time away can be up to up to 30 days"

You could, in addition to the other suggestions, end them all.
They will sit in 'unsold' for 90 days and can be relisted with all information intact.
