Hi guys, I am looking for a little advice please.
I had a buyer 4 months ago, claimed item 'not received'. I was prepared to send a replacement until I saw her feedback left for others. In a 2 month period as a new buyer back then (24 feedback stars), she had many cases of item 'not received', left many negs and neutrals and sometimes negs with a positive comment. I tried twice to send her messages asking her to please contact me and no reply. I was going to block her and was told by ebay that if I blocked, she would not be able to reply to my messages. So I left her unblocked, and never heard back. I reported her to Trust and Safety and they said they would keep an eye on her activity.
Now 4 months down the track, guess who is back? If you had a supposedly negative buying experience, why would you go back to the seller and buy again? She has bought an item today, and of course I didn't have her blocked. I have contacted ebay, who suggested I try to cancel the transaction (and risk a neg??? huh?) or report her to Trust and Safety.
I really don't trust this buyer but am not sure what is best to do. I wonder if she realises I remember her and whether she is just trying it on again to get another freebie?
I guess I can send the item registered and try to move on but I wonder how many other sellers she is trying to scam, and getting away with it?

Yep, send the item with Signature & Tracking. 🙂 You may be out of pocket a few $$$ but then once she has recieved it ( check tracking on the Austpost website ) you can then wack her on your "special " list. 🙂

Put her on your Special List immediately.
It is too late to have any effect on this transaction but don't risk her trying to buy again. And send it with Tracking and Signature Required.
