Switching from an individual account to a Business ac

Does Ebay allow an individual account to turn into a business account? I had mistakenly chosen "Individual" during signing up.

Yes it does......but don't do it.

You can never reverse it and a business account is not necessary for selling on ebay.

Just leave it. 

There is zero advantage to having a business account.

You're just starting out and you're most likely going to have selling limits anyway until you are well established and show a history of on-time dispatch, tracking (preferable, but not always relevant), and item quality. 

Ebay will be holding your funds for up to 30 days for the next few months anyway until you prove yourself. 

A business account does not equal any greater success than an individual account.

Down the line, when you're properly up and running, and have a couple of hundred listings, then look at a basic store subscription. This will allow you to create a "look" for your store.

If you have chosen to register your account as a business account - there's no changing it to an individual account.    You're stuck with it.

Please be aware that once you've upgraded your personal account to a business account, it won't be possible to revert back to a personal account.
