The item I listed for sale on eBay Australia is listed, but when I check on ebay.com.au it doesn't appear to be listed for sale. It appears to be listed for sale on ebay.com. how do I change it?

The solution is to end the listing on ebay.com and relist on ebay.com.au

As padi said, you need to end the listing on eBay.com.

Then make sure you're logged into eBay.com.au, and redo the listing.

I live in Türkiye, so I registered there. But my products are in Australia. I will ship from there. I entered to try the water bottle. I am trying to list my other products. I registered as a seller and entered payment methods.

Do you have an Australian bank account in your name, matching to your photo ID?

If not, you can’t list on eBay.com.au and get paid. eBay Australia only pay out to accounts registered for Managed Payments, with an Australian transactional bank account.

You can list on the eBay site on which you are registered; for instance, Australian eBayers are flooded with listings by Chinese sellers listing items for sale to Australians (much of which in my opinion is cheap unbranded rubbish) - but who are registered on eBay.cn.

I have no idea why your products would be in Australia if you’re in Turkey. Products made in Australia and to Australian standards being sold by someone in Turkey doesn’t seem straightforward. Why aren’t your goods in Turkey?

The suspicion cannot help but arise that you intend to dropship from China. (My apologies if this suspicion is groundless.) But if this is indeed the case, you should read the eBay Australia policy / help page on third party fulfilment.
