Yes it is their opinion, I just wish they had made that opinion when they saw the photo of the ring, rather than buying it first. It is also frustrating how they never contact us about it. It looks like the only two feedbacks they have left so far, are bad. We are just one of the unlucky sellers who have come across this buyer. Now we are stuck with it for a whole year.
