Timeshare sales transfer of ownership

Hey everyone.  wanting to sell my timeshare ownership.  Can't find any specific information on seller fees.   I bought one five years ago for $35 on auction and the seller paid the $250 legal transfer fees.  But I have no idea what the seller fees are or if they have changed since I bought it.  Tried looking up policies and the chat bot but not getting anywhere.  Any info out there?  Thanks

I'm not a seller these days so i can't tell you exactly what you need to know. In your position though, I'd be inclined to contact ebay help till I got past the bot and could speak with a real person for guidance.

The sale of property or time share may come under a different category to regular items.

It may be a category where you pay a set fee to ebay in advance (I don't know if this is the case, but just wondering, as one ad I saw gave an address, which sellers normally cannot do)

Just as an aside, I would have thought $35 sounds suspiciously cheap for timeshare, I would expect it to be in the hundreds at least. If I saw an ad for $35, I'd be backing away wondering what the catch was.

You may be able to list on the actual site of the timeshare, wherever it is. 

See if you can look at the other timeshare ads on ebay if you really want to list here. Note how some ads give details such as annual fees and so on. If I were a customer, the more details the better.

Have to think $35 timeshare would get one BYO lunch for 1/2 and hour.
