No idea why this seller is still a TRS...
Sab 15-17" Laptop Bag
Absolutely disgusting feedback.

DSR's are still ok. But a few more mark downs may see them loose their TRS.
Problem often is that many members don't realise to mark DSR's with something like a 1 or 2.
Not marking them doesn't effect them at all.
So the negs they received may not have had any mark downs.
Too many negs will also see them loose TRS.

They evaluate once a month, but even so, they look like they'd still qualify. DSR's are high enough and they wont lose powerseller status unless their percentage drops below 98%.
lol, just noticed the latest feedback is from the OP. If you only left that today, I think the DSR's take a day or so to register. If you left all 1's, it may be enough to lose TRS.

ty for prompt reply post.
am just absolutely bewildered that eBay allow such low % FB sellers to continue to sell, let alone continue to retain a TRS status. LOL, I guess that eBay would lose way toooooo much in fees if they suspended dodgey sellers like this as there sure are a lot of them on eBay no doubt about it.

There are set parameters for TRS. They include, inter alia, 4.40 DSRs and 98% feedback.
As long as a seller complies with these (and the other) requirements, they will be TRS.

Well this is weird, This seller closed the UID on this item and it issued me with an Unpaid Item Strike and he got a credit for the FVF.
eBay customer support have removed the Unpaid item strike because i gave them proof that this seller refused to accept PayMate, PayPal or credit card.
eBay did not however reinstate the FVF.
eBay removed the negative FB can you believe that?
eBay customer support said they cannot put the negative feedback on due to the fact that " the system sees it as being an unpaid item ". Pffft makes me wonder why i bother. This place is a joke. A scamming seller like this is allowed to continue with his ways of avoiding fees and make their unknowing buyers purchase with the slow and unsafe bank deposit. Mongrel.

eBay removed the negative FB can you believe that?
Yes, because as no transaction ended up occurring, no feedback can be left. Or will be removed if it was.

Thats strange, I just closed a different item witha mutually accepted item cancellation notice and voila, feedback left and received.
So, what do we have here, a conflict of errors system glitch???
Definitely.
It is problems like this that make eBay so far behind where it actually should be.

mutual cancellations are amicable ending to a transaction. fb can be left
disputes are not, eBay end the transaction and no f/b can be left
that's the way ebay works and has for some time now, so nothing unusual there.

so, if you have a dispute with a seller (eg and you get a partial / refund) , you cannot leave feedback??
