Tracking of pre-paid satchels.

Hi, this has probably been asked before but how do you 'track' the prepaid satchel (pink sticker - Sender to keep). When I attempt to enter the number it only allows for 10 digits, whereas there is 15 digits. Thanks

sorry, need more information - where are you trying to do this?

when I try to add tracking info against a sold item, there is plenty of room for 15 digits

Ooops my bad. I misread...its up to 10 number can be tracked. Thanks for replying. I was obviously having a 'moment". All good found it! Regards Tina
