Was trying to relist 24 unsold items in Turbo Lister, but it won't let me. I get the message;
Error:- This item cannot be accessed because the listing has been deleted, or you are not the seller
I tried going to the items to see if I could create a template from them, but no luck
When I tried to modify one it said the category number had changed, but wouldn't allow me to reset category because the data was ghosted
I was doing this from the upload page, I will try creating templates from the unsold page but any ideas would be most helpful
I don't know if this is because Turbo Lister has updated in the last three months, but I did synchronise before attempting this
Thanks in advance

Hi OP,
Your problem is you're trying to edit ended listings in the "listings ended" section, where all entries are ghosted out.
Clear your items awaiting upload section.
Go back into your ended listings section and relist those items you want to relist.
Then go back to items awaiting upload. If you upload them all, you'll get that error message, about the item having been ended or not being yours.
Select all those listings with the error message by clicking on the top one and using cnrl-shift down to the last one. Once selected, right-click your mouse, CUT the listings, go to your inventory, and PASTE these listing into a new folder. Don't try to paste them under "All items", it just won't work.
Now you should be able to edit your listings, put in a time-frame, etc.
Please email me if any of this doesn't make sense.

Oh, forgot to mention, once edited under inventory, you should be able to "add to upload" and list them as per normal.

Thanks plantajanets, you're a lifesaver!
I tried that method and everything came back unghosted
That's saved me a whole heap of work!
I should send you a present!
Thanks again

Ok` here is a quick fix for all who is having problems with this...
once you get to your upload and you get that nasty message what you can try is this select all of your listings to be uploaded ( they should all have that error message and a yellow flag ) ok` you will select them all and then you will duplicate them all and you will see listings in blue and listing in white delete the ones in blue ( you should not have to do anything but hit delete ) and all the listings in blue will be deleted leaving you with the duplicated listings and they all should be good to upload at that point....Really simple fix ,it`s a whole lot easier than it sounds...Good luck ...

Re accessing your old files you can buy a usb gizmo that you can put your old hard drive in and it works just like an external storage device. Mine is in Aus and I am still here in the UK so can't tell you what it is called but I am sure you can explain what you want at the computer store lol.

Given nobody seems to have come on the boards with this problem in the last NINE months, I doubt it is a common, or ongoing, issue.
