Turbo lister error trying to upload "You are not allowed to sell internationally at this time"

Confused!  It looks like I am linked to US even though my policy is Australia only.

If I go into Shipping Policy the US is there but I can't delete it?  

Can you tell me how to fix?

yep thats the control panel method I used last time. Thought PJ was suggesting one direct on TL program. I will try it again via remove programs on CCleaner program. It might do a better job.

There might be an uninstall program in the TL folder in Windows Explorer. Then clean out the remnants, which are always left behind in the registry when you uninstall something, using the registry clean in CCleaner. Run the reg clean twice, because sometimes it takes a couple of goes to remove certain fragments.
