Turbo lister needs update

I have updated my turbo lister but it still ask me to fill in my return policy . This is a bit of a joke cause even though you may elect No returns or exchange only we are still bound by EMG to fully refund a buyer if they want a to return goods. That's just one f the problems I have found with it

Turbo lister needs update

Turbo Lister is founded on really old programming that goes back like ten years plus.  I think the developers have added so much stuff to it and changed it so much that it is suffering from a lot of problems.  I wrote about this on here a few months ago.

Hopefully one day eBay can put aside some funds to have a proper application developed which takes this kind of tool into the 21st century.

The return policy is what you will do for change of mind refunds, it has nothing to do with items not as described or lost in the post.

If a buyer wants a change of mind refund then how you have your refund policy set dictates what will happen. I have my policy set that I will accept chamge of mind requests but will only refund the item price, not the original or return postage. If you have yours set as no refunds then the buyer cannot get a refund from you for change of mind.

As I always use a TL template or an existing listing to edit the return policy is already filled in.

I really hope they don't do anything to TL. when they have updated to new versions in the past it has taken months to iron out the faults even though they have had a beta version on trial for a long time.
