Same here, doesn't appear as a Promo in the Listing section, so I also did a couple of test listings and they definitely didn't come off my monthly allocation - one of the listings was in Craft and the other in 'Fashion Jewellery' - both worked - No Fees - so may not be restricted to FASHION.

Who would know, it's Friday and this is eBay, lol

I received his offer also and tried it in collectibles. Books And Magazines and pottery and glass, It Worked according to SMP before I listed I had used 12 after listing 9 Items it is still showing Used 12 Good One.

I'm just hoping it's not a 'Friday glitch' and we wake up tomorrow to find they've 'fixed' it,

Credit to eBay though, if that sort of thing happens (and it has done to me before) it usually only takes a phone call and explanation to them & they fix it
