Unable to print postage labels

Is anyone else having problems printing ebay c&s  postage labels?  My labels will not print - don't know if the problem is with ebay or perhaps my adobe reader. I have no other problem with my printer . Can anyone help?

DO NOT waste your time trying to print postage labels from eBay.

Cannot print, download or bulk print them
Of course site HELP is useless and chat/phone Help? All went home at 6pm an hour or so ago

It's Friday, maintenance day.

It's unlikely to be the same problem as 18 months ago, unless that was also a Friday.

Even less that it was the issue from SEVEN and a HALF years ago, when this thread was current.
