An overseas customer opened a "Item not as described "case .I was sent a message and was provided with a RESPOND NOW link so I clicked on it only to find I was taken to a German eBay site written in German how the hell am i going to navigate and sort that out ! Cant find another other way of bring it up in English

I think that if you use the Chrome browser, it translates automatically?
Or you can install the Google translate extension.
Did you send with tracking?

Actually, you should be able to see all cases/disputes against you in your own shop in your Seller Hub under the Orders tab - Requests and Disputes.

Open the dispute in either Google Chrome, or Epic Privacy browser, right click and select translate to English. It may work in other browsers, but they're the two main ones I use. If the buyer is in Germany, reply in English. Then they have to translate your message.
