I have received emails for around 25 vouchers as part of eBay's 10% vouchers for each sale promotion they are currently running. However, the system does not show me the value of the vouchers on my home page (although it does list each voucher number) & I have now had 3 attempts at getting eBay's "help" desk to actually help over the last 3 weeks without any success.
Has anyone else got the same issue? Any suggestions from more experienced sellers on how to resolve this (e.g. how to get eBay to pay attention to a technical glitch)? Thanks
