Unexpected seller limit

I have suddenly found that I cannot sell because I have a seller limit. I do not run a business and only sell maybe one or two items per year.

Message: 'Sorry, we're unable to increase your selling limits right now. Please come back later and check again.'

I have not sold anything for about two years and want to sell a $60 item. What is wrong? Has my account been compromised?

As you're a new seller and haven't sold within the past 90 days you will have selling restrictions placed on your account which I think is now 1 item and it must be under $10.
