Unfair negative

O.k. I got a negative feedback which I reckon is unfair. I described that the item was damaged in the listing. He brought them and gave a negative saying he didn't read the description which isn't my fault. Can I get the negative removed or if not how can I reply. ( are you sure I can mention his ebay name?) not that it would make a difference, still not selling much. I might give up ebay for selling..

So, I should'nt bother with sending buyer a revision? Do ebay respond to emails ( for removal) or is it better to ring. Do I get my money ( not that it's much) even with negative feedback, no claims for refund or anything. Thanks.๐Ÿ˜€

Even if they agree to revise, I don't think that affects the accompanying defect. Which is probably more of an issue than a neg.

No waste of a revision, use as a last resort if eBay won't remove.

 

Ring eBay and request removal.  If they won't remove request to speak to a supervisor.  If they won't remove, ring back next day and try again.

 

Repeat until you have run out of steam.......
