So just use the 40 if you're that worried about what might happen in 4 months. You might even sell some.

I use to sell only my 40 per month...got invite listed more, so another free listing happens even though use free auto list for three monthe before so i listed more and now another. If i keep adding and spending hours doing so and then the free listing goes away all of a sudden months down the track I have 1000 plus listings that i had spent hours and hours doing and I can only list 40 again
That's why I don't go crazy listing stuff when these promotions happen. My main account has a 510 limit, and even with the last 1,000 and now this one, I still only have around 150 odd active listings. I didn't want the scenario you described.

How can I change my "buy it nows" to 1 day auctions? I tried to do it in bulk but wouldn't let me, thankyou

I think you'd need to end them all and relist. I can't say for sure though because I rarely list anything as a BIN. I usually list as auction with the option to BIN.

Go to the drop down menu at the side of your listing and choose 'Send to auction'.

This is such BS that the give it to some user accounts and not others.

Even though I got this promotion, and the last one, I still agree that it's completely unfair that not everyone got it.
I'm guessing for you though that with only 6 feedback you'd have listing limits in place, so you may not have got much out of the promotion anyway. Unless of course you have a more establised account.

I just couldn't get over the 'NO FINAL VALUE FEES' as well as 'NO LIST FEES'.
Definitely got to be an eBay error. But for those who did get that promo, make sure you keep a copy of the invite so you can put it back on eBay that it was a totally free of fees offer.
I get this offer every so often on this account. It was there last week.....and this ID is not even registered for selling.
It is supposed to encourge us wusses who refuse to sell to get with the program and start selling so we can provide ebay with some more income in the future.
Fat chance!!!

I recieved the no listing fees or FVF on this buying only account too. As Lyndal says it is probably designed to get ebay buyers started on selling. If so it is not nearly as generous as it sounds as these accounts would be heavily restricted in the number and value of items that could be sold.
Unfortunately I didnt get any of the offers on my auction account where I could use them, so restricted to my usual 40 items this month.
