Unpaid item case closed, but buyer had paid for item,

Hi, I have a bit of a problem.  Sold and item and thought the lady did not pay.  But long story short, she did but under a different surname so didn't match the payment. I opened a dispute and then closed it, giving her a strike.  Question is, how can I 'unstrike' her, as she has paid?

You will have to email ebay giving the item number and ask them to remove the strike, you could try ringing them but it will depend who you talk to as to how helpful they are.

I wonder why the buyer did not contact you after the dispute was opened to give details of the payment!

I presume it was a bank deposit, did you not find it strange that there was a payment there you did not ascribe to a transaction that happened to be for the exact amount outstanding? A bit of a fault on your behalf I would have thought.
